Irina Sedenko

I started my consulting career of more than 15 years helping clients to define, design and implement enterprise systems, at Interleaf, a document and content management company, designing and implementing ECM solutions for clients in financial, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Added portal and web content management expertise to my portfolio with BroadVision, and expanded my industry experience working with clients from hi-tech, retail and government.

Helped Accenture clients to define business case, strategy and roadmap of the technology implementations. Worked with the client teams on solution architecture and delivery of complex multi-release systems.

Led development of Accenture content analytics offering for clients across different industries and applications of the content analytics technologies.

After many years in the corporate world, I decided to start an independent consulting practice to help organizations to define strategic approach and roadmap of how to get insights from company’s text, audio and video internal and external information stored in the variety of different system and applications: ECM systems (which I was successfully implementing for many years), SharePoint repositories and file system shares (which are holding files of different formats including text, video and audio), intranet sites and collaboration applications (which I was designing and building), call center records and any other sources of internal and external data (think of Twitter feeds). All this data can be mined for insights using content analytics technologies and used to make business strategic decisions.

I help companies to clearly articulate the business goals, define technology solution, choose a vendor product to use in the solution, if required, and architect the system.
